and LIBOR in the future was destined to go oh so much lower...... and a HUGE banking scandal would
result from the interbank market manipulation of LIBOR.... it was said to get so bad... in the Future that
the UK government is phasing it out in 2021 and 15% of US ARM mortgages are linked to it and
no one has decided what benchmark shall replace it!!!!!

talk about an uncertain world.......... but when they are giving away money... you gotta take that liquidity and
utilize it!!!!
