If you really want to know, the only sure thing to do is phone the investor relations number.

As for as disclosing warnings, I think the SEC requires that you warn in a timely fashion in keeping with disclosure -- based on when the company knew. There is some leeway there, but the company can not be hide it for too long, or they'll open themselves to legal action based on lack of disclosure.

Does someone else have a moer precise understanding of this?
