peter, it appears that Intel has revived (?) the 478 pin P4 with the Willamette core. Will that be enough to convince VIA, SiS, ALi (Acer) to come out with SDRAM chipsets before the end-of-year Northwood (0.13) chips? Feeding a 2GHz core with a PC133 interface will give awful performance, but it will sure help AMD if none of these SDRAM chipsets arrive until November.
