I understand everything you are saying and agree. I think there is something in there about a false sense of macho that is very sick.

My own banner has been to raise my sons very aware this is an equal proposition. The end result has been that what they have propositioned I have usually met first. I say that lightly but I respect my children and they respect themselves.
