Right on, Scumbria! Bush's people are already planning for 2004. A recovery by the is likely, but there is never a guarantee. With his record of accidents, this recession may take much longer they his people expect. Note I give little credit to Bush for "his" plan though. The Bushs tend to be one-termers and rather slow upstairs.

I dislike Bush, but feel Gore hurt the USA in a major way with his win-at-all costs post-election shenanigans. Gore simply showed "the emperor has no clothes" (emperor meaning the USA). It looked ugly to those outside of America, and there is no going back. What happened to US honesty, advanced technology, lack of corruption etc???
