Pierre, you CAN'T ENTER an order at 11.375! (Except on some ECNs.)

Cyber is a bit goofed-up. While they accept decimal orders, they still report them in fractions. It also is not a bad idea to add an extra penny to the outside, becuase they seem a bit sloppy about rounding.

If you sent your order to ISLD, a MM wouldn't be obligated to fill you anyway. Your order would only be filled against another matching ISLD order.
