The deal was with the Iranian government who at the time had/were publically allowing terrorist citizens of Iran to violate the rights of American citizens and the Iranian government refused to intervene. One can argue that they were actually and practically the same. One can make the case they weren't The current situation in China is of the Government, by the government and for the government of China. This is not the people of China. Scum maybe you don't understand that civilians in China don't fly mach2 capable jets.
