les, the amzn's, mu's and gtw's of the world have excellent attorneys. they use facts to mislead and deflect. comparing a pro forma loss to a real loss estimate is pushing the envelope, though. using "pro forma" to qualify losses at one juncture and not doing it at others is also quite misleading. why didn't they also list their real reported loss - the one they will submit to the sec? we know why... the point is that a partial review of facts can do more damage than a lie...
