Didn't answer the question, so deserves a D. The answer is the temperature is constant since the system is closed. Souls have no mass or volume, so they can't add anything material.

There are other views like that of Dante, who claimed the there is a path out, and this has been the view of the Catholic Church. The road to hell is paved with good intentions, and the road out is made of grants.

This is an open system, but if you add heaven, it becomes closed again. There is a constant stream of souls moving between heaven, hell, and earth. You don't stay in heaven or in hell forever. You have to come back here until you figure out that at all costs you want to get out of all three.
