Jeff A kid at my wife's high school threatened to get his gun and kill two kids. He's a small kind of dorky kid and they took it seriously enough to suspend him 3 days!!!!!! I told the wife to advise the parents of the threatened to get the police and courts into it as all the school wants to do is the minimum that will cover their ass. Thankfully this is her last year. I am barely able to listen to the stories and contain my anger and disgust.

Jeff, PERHAPS??????? Perhaps my aching butt!!!! I will never understand how our legal system, regardless of the party affiliation involved, has come to the conclusion that the perpetrator of a crime should be given more protection, and more rights, than the victim that suffers at his hands. I wonder it the bleeding heart liberals will demonstrate to be sure that he does not get the death penalty. Oh no, don't execute him. Give him a few years in the luxurious prisons we have with big screen TVs, work-out rooms, easy access to computers so they can file bogus appeals and flood the judicial docket, etc., and then let him out so he can murder again. When that starts making sense to me, just shoot me. My mind is gone. ~;=;o --haqi
