It shows the tremendous revaluation out of the Momentum PE's of growth, and also that value stocks got
completely out of favor from late 1998/early 1999 until the Nasd PE of March of 2000.

many value stocks that were cheap in early 1999, went to much greater extremes by March of 2000, a 3 year
chart of LTR, MO, ALL, etc , shows this.
