Laodeng.. WLL in India is CDMA 95A & thus can be upgraded. Mobility parameters are adjustable to no mobility (WLL)--See the comments by Engineer in my CDMA links summary. allowing mobility consumes a portion of system capacity to track and handoff the phone to the next base station-- thus fixed WLL has considerable more call capacity for a given set of base stations than a system set up to allow you to use the phone while driving 80 MPH down the interstate. Compare this to a GPRS \"always on" system which currently discommecte the phone between base statons.
