Women that dress provocatively do it to attract men. That doesn't mean in doing so they have relinquished their right to decide who they want to have sex with. It's either that or we revert to jail rules where the stronger individual gets to decide who is the penetrator and who is the penetratee. Besides, when I was in my twenties I tried for a couple of years to figure out what I could wear that wouldn't get guys making lewd come-ons to me when I was walking home. It couldn't be done, they were forever hopeful or delusional or just plain crude. The only thing that finally worked was getting older.
