Yes moufassa, this feels like an old "Holidility" rally - except without the Holi and very little dility. But I know what you mean. Like the calm before the storm.

Just after the market closed, several analysts on CNBC said that chip stocks were going lower -- customers are going to demand that prices be lowered because of a glut of chips on the market, blah, blah, blah .... They're lowering estimates on TXN, INTC, and a couple others I've forgotten. I believe they were less bearish on AMD. FWIW

Smells like "Teen Spirit". Seriously, I prefer to wait until the slew of earnings reports over the next two weeks are out of the way and I can assess how the market reacted to them. This will help me in determining whether to dip my toes back into the water and how much of my toe(s) I dip in. Currently, 100% money market since early February and happily so.
