''Bush'' premiere sets Comedy Central ratings record By Melissa Grego HOLLYWOOD (Variety) - Comedy Central's new political sitcom satire ``That's My Bush!'' debuted Wednesday to a 3.0 cable household rating, the highest ratings performance for a series premiere on the network. The live-action comedy series from Trey Parker and Matt Stone, the creators of the subversive animated hit ``South Park,'' was highly promoted, and it debuted immediately following ``South Park.'' Comedy Central has used the post-''South Park'' timeslot many times to incubate new series. ``Bush!'', which stars Timothy Bottoms as President George W. Bush (news - web sites) in a White House-based sendup to TV's sitcom genre, is the only show on Comedy Central to ever build on the ``South Park'' lead-in. ``Park'' earned a 2.7 cable rating Wednesday night.
