I'm not sure about the plane crash details except that I'm 100% sure both sides are lying to some extent, probably the Chinese more so but anyone in their position should do the same. btw you are famous skeeter -g-

Same sentiment from SkeeterBug over on Silicon Investor: "This release was Amazon's sales pitch to the barefoot, crayon carrying people. What they didn't mention was the interest on the debt that they have to pay, i.e., included in the profit number - not that pro forma crap. Interest money is *real* and must be paid."

I don't think it lost its nose in the collision. It had damage to a wing and engine. Although I did see a picture of the plane with its nose missing, I would swear that I saw one earlier with the nose intact. So, I assumed it was because the nose houses electronic sensors and the Chinese are taking it apart.
