Well, that should change as of this week, Dustin.

Shortability depends on the NBB (national best bid) which is disseminated in the NASDAQ NQDS feed.

This is ONLY in penny increments now.

Some ECNs allow finer increment, but NQDS quotes are only disseminated in pennies.

You may need to add TWO pennies, though, in any case. One penny for Cyber's rounding problems, and one penny to get above the NBB.
