Intel has already canceled completion of the AustinTX plant campus and has strung out completion and deployment of Euro fabs I believe it was in Scotland, another in Far East cannot be sure so Intel has given all the hints necessary for pulling in the reins on capex did they claim $7.5B this year, even after other cancelations and postponements? as always, thanks and NVLS short is looking excellent esp if it wanders up toward Old Floor of 39-40 bigger downside than AMAT imo / JW
