Ish, I haven't a clue as to why the pan is shorter on cooking time. This is how the recipe read when it was given to me. Next time I see the lady that gave me that recipe, I'll have to ask. I never really gave it much thought before now. ;-) PB

I used to have a couple of tame ducks and used a bundt pan to water them in the winter. When I used a big pan in winter, Pickles would sit in the pan and get frozen in. I'd have to carry in the pan, ice and Pickles to the big sink in the basement and run cool water to melt the ice. Once the ice was melted, she'd hop down and sit on my foot so it was step-drag to take her out. You've had a hell of a life Ish! I second Rudi, you need to write a book! BTW, how's life treating you these days? PB
