Prospects are fading for a quick economic rebound this summer, with last Friday's employment report offering the latest reason for pessimism. Meanwhile, first-quarter earnings-reporting season picks up speed with results Tuesday from Motorola, Wednesday from Internet bellwether Yahoo! and Thursday from Dow component General Electric. Investors will look to results from these companies and others for hints about the performance of other firms.
