to me it signifies trouble...very likely has to do with PG&E's failure, as well as the persistent rumors of a cash crunch developing at weaker borrowers due to the now very discerning commercial paper market.
not that an emergency cut would change any of that.

well they jsut had a recent statement by Gyunn saying he preferred cuts at the reg sched meeting ... I guess with all the pumping maybe he is serious about that??
