You mentioned this one, which is the most appealing IMO. bigcharts.com I think there's plenty of steam left in the NG bull and I expect this winters prices to exceed 00-01's.

It does help Ken and thanks -- I also asked my in-house energy expert. Does this ring true? He also said that many of the properties were in some way past their prime -- still producing well, but past their peak ... also they typically have low maintenance. I can see why due diligence would be very necessary here and also some knowledge about where the reserves are profitable in relation to the commodity current and expected commodity's price ...
