Victor -- Yes I have :) Victor, there is equity and there is savings -- and I have nothing against equity (including home 'equity' ownership, stock ownership, private business ownership, real estate ownership), but it is not the same as savings. My point is we need some of each -- equity AND some savings. There is nothing antiquated about having some savings.
