MHA you miss the point with all this "legal" stuff of yours.
I did not say anyting about "fraud"

A co can fudge its numbers considerably and still be well within the law, with no "fraud" committed, just dishonesty and deliberate misrepresentation, which up to a point is quite legal.

The problem is that too many investors, including many on this thread, do not review the numbers thoroughly and believe this outright baloney.
