No sorry nothing worked.
As I said I called the 900# that HP had and they still could not get my scanner to work. It really sucks because I paid a lot for my scanner as a matter of fact back when I bought it it was about the best scanner you could buy. Now I can't use it of course.

I'm just pissed off about the whole deal.
