Here are two more great recipes.

SHRIMP MOUSSE

(people beg for this recipe)

1 can cream of celery soup
1 8oz pkg cream cheese
3/4 cup mayo
1 T knox gelatin
3 T cold water
2 cans rinsed and drained shrimp
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped green onions

Heat soup and cream cheese until melted, add the mayo and cool slightly. Dissolve gelatin in the water and add to heated mixture. Have ready to add the shrimp, celery, onions. Mix all together and pour into a bowl or mold. Refrigerate over night. Serve with crackers.

CHOPSTICK TUNA

1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 3oz can (2 cups) chow mein noodles
1 can of tuna
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup salted cashews
1/4 cup chopped onion

Combine soup and 1/4 cup of water. Add 1 cup chow mein noodles, tuna celery cashews and onion, toss lightly.
Place in ungreased 10x6x1 1/2 inch baking dish. Srinkle remaining noodles over top. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with mandarin orange sections. Serves 4-5 To double recipe, bake in larger dish 25 minutes or until hot. Children as well as adults love this casserole. Serve with cornbread and honey.
