From a Financial Times article on AMZN:

Amazon's forecast of fourth quarter breakeven on a "pro forma" basis remains sound if it continues to meet its quarterly numbers. But the overall net loss in the first quarter, everything included, was five times greater than the $50m pro forma number. Its bonds are priced for default, suggesting that debtholders are not very impressed by these pro forma targets. As for stockholders, despite the 80 per cent share price fall, what looks like boring prospects in books and, at best, uncertain prospects in electronics do little to justify the far greater hopes embedded in Amazon's valuation.
