Hi SR, here is an excerpt from a newsletter I receive which I think is very good: Update April 9, 2001: The weak buy signal we gave on March 22nd is reinforced, BUT WITH MINIMAL conviction. It has hit our long-awaited buy area of 1500-1750 when it broke below 1750 in the first week of April, 2001. We expect a tradable rally. In spite of this, we do believe that techs generally will continue to have a rough time of it in the intermediate term AND LONG TERM as well. Most investors would do better away from the group unless they are very, very active traders. Just remember, very, very active traders tend to lose it. Lola:)
