The FOMC meetings sometimes occur more frequently than others, for example there was a meeting on Nov 15th 2000 and then on Dec 19th of 2000, a little over a calendar month. The Last meeting was march 20-21 and hence the next Meeting Policy Announcement on May 15th is close to 2 months.
