OT WTY, I'm not questioning Scumbria's engineering skillsets, and so, no, I would not make that inappropriate accusation that you proposed.

Scumbria is simply not cognizant of the considerate cash portion of the comp package (cash bonus) for someone of his experience level, when delivering to aggressive milestones.
