Bush gets all the credit for the arrest of Milosivec? I haven't seen anything of the sort come out of this administration. But I have seen them give credit to Clinton.

You must learn to get over this popular vote obsession. There are likely to be several presidential elections in the near future where the winner does not get the popular vote. Get used to it.

Clinton was elected with 43% of the popular vote after Perot siphoned republican votes. It wouldn't surprise me if it came out some day that the DNC propped up Perot to drain Bush.

Clinton also ran on a middle class tax cut, which he had no intention of delivering. Wonder how low his total would have been without that lie.

In the final analysis, GWB received a greater percentage of votes than Bill Clinton ever did.

I think the talk of "mandates" is bunk.
