the 12th could also be the turn date...again, we'll see what happens after the 12th. there's also still the possibility of the cycle being a day late...certainly the Bradley has the 9th as a significant turn, and it's often a bit early or late.
if we do rally into the 23rd, i'd be very confident about that being a high. conversely, if we turn on the 12th i'd look for a low on or around the 23rd.
