And I think straight democracy is better and that the will of the people is important. So I want to be sure people always realize there is a difference between who is elected and who wins the popular vote. But reasonable people could disagree on this. It's a preference issue. Yours is one way, mine is another. The founders made several judgments I disagree with (including their judgment on who could vote for example).
