Barry J. szabo named CEO OF DIGITALPORTAL INCorporated

Former Kodak Executive Tapped for Top Spot at Joint Venture
to Deploy Photo-Finishing Kiosks

SUNNYVALE, Calif., Apr. 10, 2001 - Barry J. Szabo, a former
Kodak executive, was named Chief Executive Officer of DigitalPortal Inc.
(DPI), a joint venture of SanDisk Corporation (NASQAQ: SNDK) and Photo-Me
International (PMI) (PHTM.L). Szabo, 47, will be responsible for leading and
managing DigitalPortal into its emergence as a leader in kiosk-based
photo-finishing services. DPI's photo kiosks will allow digital camera
owners to get inexpensive, high-quality digital prints while they wait.

"Barry is well respected for his strategic planning,
business leadership and entrepreneurial skills," said Eli Harari, president
and CEO of SanDisk. "DigitalPortal is in a rapidly growing new market due to
the demands of consumers who want high quality prints from their digital
cameras. Barry's experience and expertise should be a tremendous asset to
the company."

Szabo brings to DPI more than 22 years of experience in the
photography, kiosk and retailing business. Prior to DPI, he served as COO of
USGift.com, an online ecommerce retailer with 130 employees. Before that, he
was a 20-year veteran at Eastman Kodak, where he held a variety of executive
and management positions, most recently as the general manager of Kodak's
Output Products and Services, (branded photo-finishing/digital service
businesses). Szabo also launched Kodak's Picture CD and the Kodak/AOL
"You've Got Pictures" Internet service in the US.

In a prior position, Szabo was Kodak's Asia Area Business
Unit Manager, where he oversaw consumer products in Asia. Earlier in his
career, he held additional managerial positions at Kodak both domestically
and internationally.

Szabo received an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Business
Administration/Marketing from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania.

In 2000, SanDisk and PMI, a British company, formed DPI to
operate digital film kiosks throughout North America. Through these kiosks,
DPI will provide consumers with low cost, high-quality silver halide photo
prints of digitally captured images, enhancing the instant gratification
that digital photography offers. The kiosks are expected to be deployed in
North America starting this quarter. It is expected that DPI will accelerate
the sale of digital cameras and the widespread adoption of digital
photography.

DigitalPortal Inc., the photography industry's first silver
halide consumer digital print kiosk company, was founded in 2000 as a joint
venture of SanDisk and PMI. DigitalPortal Inc. is based in Sunnyvale, CA.

SanDisk Corporation, the world's largest supplier of flash
data storage products, designs, manufactures and markets industry-standard,
