test bounces of higher low. IE 100pts or so of low.

Good point. "V" bottoms are fairly rare in the broad market and if we do make a rapid ascent I will treat it as a strong bounce in a bear market. That being said if everyone is looking for that retest it may never happen. I would prefer to see a base build and a retest in time. I do think we are searching for a base in here given the volume on up days versus down days. Thus I have been slowly accumulating a few long positions on the weakest of days. Should we get that light volume retest ill commit fully. Did buy some EMC this morning...
