I've never heard of them, thanks for filling us in. You say you can get them in gourmet food shops? I'll have to do some sleuthing then.

I have been using Panko on seafood for years. I find it in the Chinese (God I hate to say that) section of my local grocery store. I live in a town 30 miles North of Seattle. Panko is a wonderful breading imo. When my kids were home and we made fish and chips that is all we ever used. M
