Hi Ally, I would also like to know how he arrived at his prediction - seems excessively dire for a number of my holdings. Let me say, however, I would like to see a little more control (or even a lot) over options grants. (Just have been reading my annual report.) If you subtract the Micron investment gains from diluted 2000 income (Whether this is way too simplistic I do not know, maybe investments and aquisitions enabled by these gains less quid pro quo payments to Micron will generate good income this year. I am a non-accountant and these statements are complex.), the stock option impact of .21 per share is about 25% of the resultant earning per share. Also, this is a complaint I have with many companies these days. I think managements have been "over-incentivizing" themselves. tim
