May I suggest an international bond fund heavily weighted in European bonds, preferably government bonds and/or highest quality corporate bonds. You will capture the incipient bull market in European bonds which usually follows the US bond market, as well as the currency gain as the dollar weakens vs the euro. Or of course there are banks through which you can directly buy European bonds.
