This will change the whole picture, Mike. Now the pressure is off operators and move over to vendors.

Personally, I am far more worried about the technology than about the financing. What are your thoughts as to the '02 launch date that most of Europe seems to have...do you think handsets will be ready? The almost constant stream of problems that GPRS handsets have had has made me more cautious.
