In this respect, perhaps last year's biotech IPO boom bears some resemblance to the dotcom rise and fall. The difference being that a much higher percentage of bombing biotechs really do have valuable stuff that differentiates them. I will take advantage of the whiplash kings. Just bit harder for 3 3/4.
