Gao,

Silicon Valley is full of Chinese Nationals, Taiwanese, and former citizens of Hong Kong (as well as Indians, Russians, and just about every other nationality in the world.) American engineers are the rare exception.

Gao,

China is a financial nightmare waiting to implode like Mexico and Russia.

My wife is Russian, and I can assure you there is no similarity with China. Russia has it's own completely unique set of problems.
