STRONG. POWERFUL. UNWAVERING. people in power have caused/let 10s of millions of people die trying to uphold just such an image. i sense a a strong defiant vigor on the part of the chinese. they WANT dirt on uncle sam's knees - they want uncle sam to bend over.
