I don't think that HLIT can recover any of the cap gain tax they paid last year. The taxes were paid on the gain from the C-Cube Semi sale. Once they sold, they no longer had an interest in C-Cube Semi. With no relationship, they have no basis to go back and restate the gain.

In HLIT's warning, Divicom is growing again, but the old HLIT part is still contracting. ADCT will probably buy those assets in the future.
