I think it's a great answer....as well as further building of power plants in California, and using more solar power. I read where Mexico will be building a power plant to supply power to California, which hopefully should be a win/win for all concerned.


The part that concerns me here is this is a proposed gas fired plant. However, there does not seem to be spare gas where the proposed plant is to be built.
