that remains the biggest fear...a sure sign that the actual bottom hasn't been seen yet.
not to forget, WS strategist capital allocation models remain at their highest average stock market allocation EVER (70% average), with some (Tom Galvin e.g.) recommending a 90% allocation to stocks. no rally of significance has ever begun with such allocations...it's totally opposite to their allocations in '94 for instance (average 34%), shortly before the bubble took off.
