I would hope you could get the plans ok'ed now and build a plant. Back then each new regulation that came in week after week caused everything to be changed.

One good thing about the nuke plants, they have a much longer life than was predicted.

Nice bit from London Times quoting Mayo, deputy CEO of MONI, comparing his company to CSCO and LU:
"There was too much flaky business out there that was not well-funded. If you have a party and you over-indulge you get a hangover. Thankfully, we didn't over-indulge"
Still selling at 15x 2002E earnings, as long as their guidance remains non-flaky of course!
