NTAP has a cult status. Investing in it, for many, is like joining a small, new (and currently persecuted) religion. The True Believers are just trying to make new ConvertsToTheFaith. Proselytizing is an expression of their Faith.


I don't agree. Perhaps from the perspective of someone who doesn't understand the products/market/language it appears that way. Or perhaps if one spots a momo investor looking for some mo. But, as a serious student of the storage niche and NTAP in particular, there is no discussion of "faith" or unexplained phenomena. The reasons for investing in this stock are logical, explainable and based on sound facts.

Jake, your comments on this thread have been consistently contentious. It seems that you hold those who have chosen to invest in ntap in low esteem, but still covet their technical insights. If that be the case, why not just lurk the thread instead of making provocative comments that disrupt the flow of the very information you're seeking?
