I remember it just like it was yesterday. 1976 I was in a K-Mart in Montpelier. I was in what they call an altered state of consciousness.

I suddenly realized that every dang person in the entire store resembled everybody else. It was real, real scary.

I had to get out of the store quickly.

If you put that in a screenplay, nobody would believe it. You have to actually go to that K-Mart. Gotta be in the summer, because they all hole up in the hills in the winter.
