Sea Otter, so aptly put, as I know Bush was the ultimate draft dodger, ie money escorted him to a lofty and safe stateside position in the National Guard. BTW the National Guard was unattainable in 1968-69 unless your daddy had many millions or was a congressman!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
