John: I don't mind if we build off shore as long as I own some tankers. Have to be quick since i have a few dealines I agree with Heinz gas will be in short supply this summer. Also negative for the airlines if you own any shares in the sector. A lot of EPA rules forced refinery closures. Not saying they were not polluting and action needed to be taken but there does have to be a balance. Of course we had ample supply and now we don't so public demands will increase. Post more later but if your in Houston it should be helping real estate. A boom similar to the early 70's. We're only in the 2nd inning. Tim
